Shipment
Business orders are shipped via DHL Freight (pallets), DHL, DPD, UPS, and private transport. Sobucky makes every effort to ensure that orders leave the warehouse as soon as possible, however, the shipping time may take up to 5 working days, depending on the size of the order and warehouse occupancy. Individual orders (OEM) are passed to the realization after the prior arrangement of the production time. Sobucky is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by customs control, delivery companies, or other weather conditions beyond the company's control. At the same time, we would like to inform you that Sobucky makes every effort to deliver parcels according to the previously agreed schedule.
Payments
Sobucky submits invoices in two currencies: EUR (€), PLN (PLN). Payments are accepted by bank transfer, debit, and credit cards. The due date is shown on the invoice.
