Terms and Conditions

B2b.sobucky.com is owned by SOBUCKY Sp. z o.o. Sp.k.The site offers  flavouring, flavour enhancers, accessories. Orders are accepted 24 hours/365 days a year. b2b.sobucky.com is entitled to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time but this right shall not affect the existing Terms and Conditions accepted by the Buyer upon making a purchase.

Orders and Delivery
All orders are placed by correctly completed fields and usage of button "Submit order with obligation to pay". Order completion form results in acceptance of distance selling agreement (according to regulations on Law protection of consumer rights). Orders placed at weekdays are processed within the daily time given. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following working day. All approved orders are confirmed by email to the Buyer and containing the details of the order. Products offered on b2b.sobucky.com are subject to availability. If the product is unavailable, the appropriate notice will be visible on the website. b2b.sobucky.com reserves the right to withdraw or replace any goods from the website at any time, as well as periodically update and amend prices without notice. b2b.sobucky.com reserves the right to withdraw from the order if the delivery address or email is incorrect, as this result in lack of contact with the Buyer. All goods are send from the warehouse based in Poland and are delivered by DHL, DPD, GLS or by International Mail. b2b.sobucky.com does not hold responsibility for any delays in delivery and will notify the customer immediately of such situation. The Buyer has the right to change and amend the order. The Buyer is required to notify the Seller of the change via email wholesale@sobucky.com (we do replay within 48 hours). If the Buyer requires delivery to a different address than given to the Seller, correct details needs to be entered in the “Additional Information” box and forwarding email to Seller on wholesale@sobucky.com to confirm the changes.

Price and Payment
All prices on b2b.sobucky.com are in (€),euro and PLN (Polish zlotys). Prices are shown in net (excl. tax ) and in gross (incl. tax). Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted. The total purchase price, including delivery charges will be displayed in the Buyer’s shopping cart prior to confirming the order. All payments placed through PayPal secure system, card via PayPal Pro or Bank transfer. b2b.sobucky.com provides SSL security, which enable all payments be secure. We reserve the right to confirm customer indentity during the card payment process.

Returns and Complaints
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the distance agreement and refund of full delivery cost if the order has not been send. The consumer has the right to return the goods to the Seller at unopen and undamaged condtion. Cost of return is on the Buyer. Any parcels returned by custom agency, are fully refundable except the shipping cost which needs to be covered by the Seller for any returned parcel.
Due to the nature of the products sold we do not accept "Try and Return" items. Please note, the Buyer is responsible for the return costs and has a Duty of Care to ensure the items are returned in good condition.
Full refunds are processed within 72 hours from the time when b2b.sobucky.com was fully advised of the reason of the refund or from the time when the parcel has physically returned back to the warehouse and was signed for. The full refund is processed by the same payment method which originally was used by the customer, unless consumer agrees for a different type of method.
All complaints in relation to purchase, order or Terms and Conditions should be addressed to b2b.sobucky.com via email on wholesale@sobucky.com or in writing on ul. Grabskiego 25J/1 20-330 Lublin, Poland. The Seller will issue the final response to the customer within 14 working days from the date of receiving the complaint. Refunds for successful complaints will be processed within 14 days from the date of issue the final response into the bank account or PayPal appointed by the Buyer.

Limitation of liability
Except as may be implied by law where the Buyer is dealing as a Consumer, in the event of any breach of these Terms and Conditions by the Seller the remedies of the Buyer shall be limited to damages which shall in no circumstances exceed the Price of the Goods and the Seller shall under no circumstances be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage whatever. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit the liability of the Seller for death or personal injury resulting from the negligence of the Seller or that of the Seller’s agents or employees.

Privacy policy
All personal information obtained during the registration is confidential and won’t be disclosed to other persons or to third party companies as regulated by Consumer personal information law. Customers have the right to inspect and correct their data as well as to remove their details from the database. b2b.sobucky.com does not store any customer financial information (such as card number, debit / credit card expiry date, CVV2 code). In relation to matters not covered by these Regulations, the consumer will be covered by Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) in 2000, the Consumer Protection Distance Selling) Directive 97/7/EC, the Electronic Commerce Directive 2000.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Polish law and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Polish courts.
