The Right of Withdrawal

  1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract and be reimbursed for the full cost of delivery if the order has not been shipped. The consumer has the right to return the goods to the Seller unopened and undamaged within 14 days of placing the order. "A consumer who has concluded a distance contract may withdraw from it within 14 calendar days without giving any reason and without incurring any costs, except for the costs indicated below." Custom orders made specifically to the customer's requirements and needs are not eligible for refunds and can only be returned if they do not meet the customer's requirements and an official complaint has been filed with the Seller.
  2. The Seller will make every effort to rectify the problem and return the correct goods to the Customer. The cost of return is borne by the Buyer. All shipments returned by the customs agency are fully refundable, except for shipping costs, which the Seller must cover for each returned package. Due to the nature of the products sold, we do not accept "Try and Return" products.
  3. The buyer is responsible for return costs and has a duty of care to ensure that the goods are returned in good condition.
  4. Full refunds are processed within 72 hours of SOBUCKY being fully informed of the reason for the return or of the parcel being physically returned to the warehouse and signed for.
  5. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the customer, unless the customer consents to a refund using a different payment method.
  6. All complaints related to the purchase, order, or these Terms and Conditions should be directed to SOBUCKY Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. by email to info@sobucky.com or in writing to ul. Tomasza Zana 11 A, 20-601 Lublin, Poland.
  7. The seller will provide the customer with a final response within 14 business days of receiving the complaint. Refunds for successful complaints will be processed within 14 days of the date the final response is issued to the bank account specified by the buyer.
